How do I return an item?
1. All Returns for new non-damaged, unused items must made within 30 days of receipt.
2. Keep original shipping box and packaging material.
3. Call customer service at 772-343-1965 to obtain authorization for return. Write the authorization number on the outside of the box.
4. Sale items, closeout items, and special order items may not be returned, regular stock items are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
5. The customer will be responsible for returning merchandise at their cost.
6. All returns must be insured for the value of the item and packed to arrive damage free.
7. When we receive the merchandise we will inspect it for any damages during return shipping.
8. Customer will be credited or refunded for the merchandise that is returned in good - unused condition less a 10% restocking fee.
9. Items that are returned in orders with free shipping, we will issue credit for the return minus the original cost of shipment.
10. We do not refund the cost of shipping on any returns.
11. Refunds for returns will be processed within 10 days of inspection of merchandise.

Please include your phone number, packing slip if you have it and the RA number inside the box.
Under the following conditions, no replacement or credit will be issued:
1. The request was made more than 7 days on breakages or 30 days on returns or exchanges.
2. The item is returned without proper packaging including peanuts.
3. The item is returned without original box and paperwork.
4. The items or box has been marked by writing or improper handling.
5. Customer did not keep the original shipping carton for the UPS or Post Office Parcel inspector.
6. The items were purchased as closeout or sale items. All sales on closeout and sale items are final!
7. All special order items are non-refundable including any item shipped from out of the USA.
